서울페이스21치과병원 Terms of Service These Terms of Service are intended to comply with and prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the services provided by 서울페이스21치과병원 (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and other necessary matters as stipulated by the Telecommunications Business Act and its Enforcement Decree. Article 1 (Purpose, etc.) ① The 서울페이스21치과병원() User Terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") are intended to define the rights, duties, and responsibilities of members and 서울페이스21치과병원 when using internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by 서울페이스21치과병원. ② Any person who wishes to become a member is deemed to have agreed to these Terms by following the procedures prescribed by 서울페이스21치과병원 and clicking the "Register" button. Any matters regarding the rights, duties, and responsibilities of members and 서울페이스21치과병원 not specified in these Terms shall be governed by the Telecommunications Business Act, other relevant laws of the Republic of Korea, and customary practices. Article 2 (Definition of Member) A "Member" refers to a person who accesses 서울페이스21치과병원, registers as an online member in accordance with these Terms, and receives the services provided by 서울페이스21치과병원. Article 3 (Membership Registration) ① A person who wishes to become a member applies for membership by filling out the membership information form prescribed by 서울페이스21치과병원 and clicking the "Register" button. ② 서울페이스21치과병원 will register the applicant as a member unless any of the following applies: 1. The applicant has previously lost membership according to Article 6, Paragraph 3. However, this does not apply if three years have passed since the loss of membership and 서울페이스21치과병원 approves re-registration. 2. The registration information is false, incomplete, or erroneous. 3. 서울페이스21치과병원 determines that registering the applicant would significantly hinder its technical operations. ③ The membership contract is established when 서울페이스21치과병원's approval reaches the applicant. ④ Members must immediately correct and update any changes to their membership information. Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services) ① 서울페이스21치과병원 provides the following services to members: 1. 서울페이스21치과병원 news mail service 2. 서울페이스21치과병원 online consultation/reservation services 3. Sections and content services for online members 4. Other services provided in partnership with third parties ② 서울페이스21치과병원 may notify members of changes in service content and provision dates using the method set in Article 7, Paragraph 2, and provide the changed services. Article 5 (Service Suspension) ① 서울페이스21치과병원 may temporarily suspend services for maintenance, replacement, malfunction, or communication disruption, or completely discontinue services for replacement or other reasons deemed appropriate. ② In case of service suspension under Paragraph 1, 서울페이스21치과병원 will notify members as set in Article 7, Paragraph 2. However, prior notice is not required if suspension occurs due to causes beyond 서울페이스21치과병원's control (e.g., disk failures, system downtime without fault of system administrator). Article 6 (Withdrawal and Loss of Membership) ① Members may request 서울페이스21치과병원 to delete their registration at any time, and 서울페이스21치과병원 will take immediate steps to process it. ② 서울페이스21치과병원 may restrict, suspend, or terminate membership for the following reasons: 1. Providing false information during registration 2. Interfering with others' use of 서울페이스21치과병원 or misusing their information 3. Using 서울페이스21치과병원 to perform actions prohibited by law or these Terms ③ If 서울페이스21치과병원 decides to terminate membership, the registration will be deleted after notifying the member and providing an opportunity to explain. Article 7 (Notification to Members) ① Notifications to specific members may be sent to the email address registered with 서울페이스21치과병원. ② Notifications to unspecified members may be posted on 서울페이스21치과병원’s bulletin board for at least one week in lieu of individual notice. Article 8 (Protection of Personal Information) 서울페이스21치과병원 strives to protect members’ personal information, including registration details, in accordance with relevant laws. Protection of personal information shall follow applicable laws and 서울페이스21치과병원's "Privacy Policy". Article 9 (Obligations of 서울페이스21치과병원) ① 서울페이스21치과병원 shall not engage in acts prohibited by law or against public order and morals and will strive to provide continuous and stable services. ② 서울페이스21치과병원 establishes security systems to protect members’ personal information (including credit information) to ensure safe internet usage. ③ 서울페이스21치과병원 will not send commercial emails for profit that members do not wish to receive. Article 10 (Member ID and Password Obligations) ① Except where 서울페이스21치과병원 is responsible according to laws or the "Privacy Policy", members are responsible for managing their ID and password. ② Members must not allow third parties to use their ID and password. ③ If a member becomes aware of theft or unauthorized use of their ID and password, they must immediately notify 서울페이스21치과병원 and follow its guidance. Article 11 (Member Obligations) ① Members must not engage in the following: 1. Registering false information during sign-up or profile changes 2. Modifying information posted on 서울페이스21치과병원3. Infringing others' personality or intellectual property rights or interfering with business 4. Using another member's ID 5. Sending junk mail, spam, chain letters, or content that is obscene, violent, or otherwise against public morals 6. Transmitting or posting information prohibited by law (e.g., software) 7. Impersonating 서울페이스21치과병원 employees or administrators, or using others’ names to post or send emails 8. Posting or sending computer viruses or harmful code 9. Stalking or harassing other members 10. Collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information without consent 11. Using 서울페이스21치과병원 for commercial activities such as advertisements or spam 12. Violating terms or service rules ② 서울페이스21치과병원 may restrict, suspend, or terminate membership for violations listed in Paragraph 1, in accordance with Article 6, Paragraphs 2 and 3. ③ Members are liable for damages caused to 서울페이스21치과병원 or other members due to their actions. Article 12 (Deletion of Public Posts) 서울페이스21치과병원 may delete public posts and restrict, suspend, or terminate membership without prior notice if posts: 1. Defame others or damage reputation maliciously 2. Contain obscene content or violate public morals 3. Are related to criminal acts 4. Infringe copyright or other rights 5. Are overly commercial or promotional 6. Violate applicable laws Article 13 (Copyright and Use Restrictions) ① Copyright and other intellectual property rights of works created by 서울페이스21치과병원 belong to 서울페이스21치과병원. ② Members shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or use for commercial purposes without prior consent from 서울페이스21치과병원. Article 14 (Consultation Rules) ① Consultation contents may be used for: 1) Academic activities 2) Medical activities 3) Healthcare services 4) Publications such as printed materials or CD-ROMs 5) FAQ or recommended consultation content ② Consultation may be partially or entirely refused if: 1) The same consultation is submitted repeatedly 2) Abnormal or vulgar language is used 3) Diagnostic names are requested 4) Treatment, test, or drug cost/effect inquiries are made 5) Consultation is for harmful purposes Article 15 (Amendment of Terms) ① 서울페이스21치과병원 may amend these Terms within legal limits. ② Members will be notified of changes, effective date, and reasons 7 days prior via homepage display. ③ Amended Terms apply to all members unless inconsistent with law. ④ Members who disagree may withdraw according to Article 6, Paragraph 1. Article 16 (Jurisdiction) Disputes regarding services between 서울페이스21치과병원 and members shall be brought to a court in the Republic of Korea having jurisdiction under civil procedure law. Supplementary Provisions These Terms shall be effective from until a new version is released.
